Saarvix is a product of Av Design Works that helps businesses manage their Instagram messaging and content - including direct messages, comments, posts, and stories - through Meta's Instagram API.
What data we store
When you connect an Instagram professional or business account to Saarvix, we may store the following to provide our services:
- Your Instagram account ID, username, and profile details
- Instagram messages, comments, and conversation history that you manage through Saarvix
- Posts, stories, and media that you create, schedule, or publish through Saarvix
- Access tokens that let Saarvix connect to your Instagram account on your behalf
- Basic account and usage information needed to operate your Saarvix account
We do not sell your data, and we only use it to provide the features you have connected your account for.
How to request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time using any of the methods below.
1. Disconnect from within Saarvix
Log in to your Saarvix account, go to Settings → Connected Accounts, and select Disconnect Instagram. Disconnecting revokes Saarvix's access and begins deletion of the data associated with that account.
2. Request deletion by email
Send an email to info@saarvix.ai from the email address linked to your Saarvix account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your Instagram username so we can locate and remove the correct data.
3. Revoke access from Instagram
You can also remove Saarvix's access directly from Instagram: open the Instagram app, go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find Saarvix, and remove it. Once access is revoked, we will delete the associated data as described below.
What happens after a deletion request
Once we receive a valid deletion request, we will:
- Delete your stored Instagram messages, comments, content, profile data, and access tokens from our systems
- Stop all processing of your Instagram data through Saarvix
- Complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request
Some information may be retained only where required by law, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, for the minimum period necessary. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.
Confirmation
After your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your request. If you do not receive confirmation, or have any questions about this process, please contact us.
